Customer Service Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at Weldon Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front-line telephone and email support to a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering a high level of customer response and service.
- Work closely with our customer services, warehouse team leaders, and external clients to ensure the smooth running of all contracts.
- Manage live chat, handle inbound queries, and pass them on to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
- Previous experience in warehousing and distribution (desirable).
- Proven customer service experience, working to deadlines and SLA commitments, and previous financial responsibility.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Able to demonstrate methodical and organized ways of working, particularly in relation to email management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good standard of written and verbal communication to provide a high standard of service.
- Ability to complete work that requires a high degree of accuracy.
- Own transport essential for occasional travel to client sites and other work-based locations in the Southeast of England.
