About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Spencer-Richardson, a leading provider of high-end stonework solutions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement robust project plans, ensuring all resources, materials, and labor are efficiently allocated to meet project objectives.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with our finance team to develop project budgets and estimates, and continually review financial performance to ensure projects are completed within time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to the project team, building positive working relationships, coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the tools for success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans and addressing unforeseen issues as they arise.
  • Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering regular updates and gaining feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline processes and procedures to work more efficiently, ensuring our business remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in the stone manufacturing industry or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of project documentation, contract management, and financial reporting; proficiency in PM software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting; excellent diplomatic communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Natural problem solver, team player, and advocate for quality and craftsmanship.
