Salary:£28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. As a Senior Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for managing staff, developing menus, and maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and cook meals for students, staff, and visitors
* Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
* Develop and implement menu plans, considering nutritional value, flavor, and presentation
* Maintain accurate records of food stock, waste, and inventory, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager
* Strong knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and health and safety regulations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
