Special Needs Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Educator to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for making a real difference in the lives of individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with educators and support staff to provide high-quality education and care to students.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- A relevant qualification in health and social care, special education, or a related field (Minimum Level 3).
- Additional training in behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, or other relevant areas.
- Educator Networking Events.
- $50 refer a friend scheme for Teachers and Teaching Assistants.
- Opportunities for professional development and further training.
