Job Title: Operational Project Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Operational Project Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our office-based team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for field-based operatives using multiple systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong computer literacy and MS Office skills. Experience in customer service and data input is also highly desirable.
About the SalaryThe salary for this role is approximately £34,185 - £35,820 after 6 months, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for liaising with and directing field-based operatives, understanding response times and SLAs, and escalating early warnings for risk to response times. You will also need to understand planned and responsive works.
You will work closely with our field-based operatives to ensure that they have the resources they need to complete their tasks efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues will be essential in this role.
