Neurologist Consultant

We are seeking an ambitious and highly trained Neurologist Consultant to join our team at the Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic organisation that has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide general neurological out-patient and consultation services at one or two district general hospitals, ensuring a high standard of patient care is delivered and achieved at all times. The role will involve:
- Providing out-patient clinics and ward consultations in each general hospital across the region.
- Liaising with clinical staff, such as nurses, therapists, neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, and neurophysiologists to support high-quality safe care.
- Participating in medical audit, appraisal, and mandatory training in the Centre.
- Participating in Continuing Medical Education, including the "in-house" CME.

Person Specification- MRCP or equivalent
- Current GMC registration
- Specialty certificate exams in Neurology or equivalent
- MD or PhD research qualification, or equivalent
