Our client, a dynamic and growing business, is seeking a highly skilled Transactional Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, working closely with the Group Finance Director to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Apply VAT and tax regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior management team to drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AP and AR functions, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
