Fire & Security Administrator/ Service Coordinator

This role is looking for an experienced professional to manage and coordinate fire and security services, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from clients and colleagues
  2. Liaise with contracted clients to discuss their security system requirements and provide solutions
  3. Utilize in-house computer software to book services and manage engineer schedules
  4. Coordinate breakdown appointments and phone calls to ensure prompt resolution
  5. Oversee the management of engineers, including kit allocation and daily job reports
  6. Ensure the stores are well-managed, with engineers having access to necessary equipment
  7. Process and analyze daily engineer job reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  8. Perform general administration tasks, including franking, sending reminder letters, and communicating with customers and colleagues via email

Location: Blackpool

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Requirements: Full UK Driving License and right to work in the UK
