Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high level of quality.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Ensure that all food is stored and handled correctly, following proper food hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a chef, preferably in a similar role or environment.
  • Food hygiene level 2 certification, dated within the last three years.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and hardworking, with a passion for food and cooking.
