About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Lead Social Media Manager to join our team at GNB Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role in managing and developing our social media presence across multiple markets in EMEA.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimisation of our social media campaigns across various platforms and markets, with a focus on expanding our reach into new territories. You will work closely with our global team to plan, deliver, and execute successful marketing plans for our social media channels.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- To manage and develop our social media presence across multiple markets in EMEA, including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- To oversee the development, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns across various platforms and markets, including creating engaging content and measuring campaign success.
- To work closely with our global team to plan, deliver, and execute successful marketing plans for our social media channels, including coordinating with digital marketing and marcoms/creative teams to produce creative assets.
- To analyse campaign success and recommend improvements, including conducting A/B testing and analysing data to inform future campaigns.
- To lead internal and external meetings related to your managed work, including presenting quarterly insights to stakeholders.
- To identify opportunities for increased automation and efficiency through advanced technical solutions.
- To develop forecast and mid-year reforecast projections based on trends and expectations for your managed campaigns.
About You
">We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of social media marketing and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns and will have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
">Requirements and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media campaign management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Proficiency in Meta and similar platforms with a strong understanding of campaign setup and optimisation.
- Experience with creative briefing, ad testing methodologies, and bid management strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with Tableau or digital visualisation tools.
- Experience using AppsFlyer.
- Demonstrable experience working with in-house creative teams to develop engaging social content that drives results.
- Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products to report results, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work reliably in a busy team build relationships with members of teams internally and any external agencies.
- Experience working with multi-nationals, able to assimilate with relevant cultural and regulatory differences.
- Sufficiency managing five-and-six-figure budgets over extended periods, plus any relevant experience working in LATAM or US markets.
Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid working, annual bonus, healthcare, and pension.
