Pertemps TM is seeking dedicated Ducting Hygiene Technicians to join a growing team.

In this role, you will work collaboratively in small groups to deliver preventative maintenance and cleaning services for various ventilation systems across diverse customer locations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Execute preventative maintenance procedures on ventilation systems.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning services for a range of ventilation systems.
  • Collaborate effectively within small teams to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ensure all ventilation systems are cleaned to the highest industry standards.
  • Adhere strictly to Fire Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the safe handling and application of cleaning chemicals.
  • Adapt to challenging work environments with a positive attitude.
  • Develop your skills with the potential for advancement into junior or senior management roles.
  • Contribute to the company's success by exceeding customer expectations.
  • Foster strong working relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, including night shifts.
  • Commitment to traveling throughout the UK as required.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction.

  • Well-disciplined with a proven ability to handle workloads effectively.

  • Punctual and reliable attendance record.
  • Prior experience in the industrial/specialist cleaning sector, particularly ventilation/kitchen deep cleans, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A strong work ethic coupled with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Collaborative team player attitude.
  • Familiarity with safe chemical handling practices and the ability to work in challenging environments is beneficial.
