About the Property Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Property Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the property letting sector, where you will be responsible for managing contracts, updating records, and communicating with clients.

As a Property Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including landlords and tenants, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of properties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contracts and updating records
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing the day-to-day administration of properties

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
