About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor / chartered legal executive to handle a high-volume caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion on behalf of NHS Resolution. You will provide expert legal advice, draft, review, and negotiate case documents, and develop strong advocacy skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified solicitor / chartered legal executive with 0-4 years PQE. Previous experience handling high-volume clinical negligence caseloads is essential. Strong advocacy skills and excellent drafting / negotiating ability are also required.
