We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is a permanent full-time position in a school committed to nurturing a love for learning and helping each child achieve their full potential.

The Role
  • As a Year 3 Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • You will inspire and challenge children to achieve their best academically and socially.
  • You will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's individual needs.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupils' progress and wellbeing.
  • You will contribute to the wider school community through events and extracurricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You should have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • You should demonstrate strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • You should be enthusiastic, creative, and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • You should be organised, reflective, and eager to contribute to the wider school community.

Salary Information

MPS/UPS salary scale depending on experience. Estimated salary range: £30,000 - £60,000 per annum.
