Event Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Event Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for supporting some of our biggest clients in the UK to book their perfect event partner on Togather.
This is a unique opportunity to take Togather to the next level, working closely with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You will ensure your revenue targets are met and help motivate the wider team to hit theirs.
The role involves:
- Focusing on outbound business development, exploring new sectors and clients that we can work with
- Converting inbound leads from our biggest corporate clients and supporting them to find and book the best suppliers on our platform
- Driving recurring revenue by frequently re-engaging with your clients on email, phone, and through your self-promoted LinkedIn profile
- Becoming an expert in the event booking industry with a deep understanding of the best suppliers, secret upcoming venues, and the know-how to put it all together seamlessly for our clients
- Taking ownership of your personal conversion metrics and feeding insight and analytics into the wider organization to improve company conversion
- Cross-selling on key accounts to introduce new suppliers to key clients
- Your strategic input, assisting in the development of systems and processes to enhance the sales process and shorten the sales cycle
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including generous holiday allowance, enhanced pension, EAP service, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, free coffee, beer, pizza, and snacks in the office, discounts at top London restaurants and bars, regular team socials, and a shiny new MacBook to work on.
