Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at Balenciaga UK Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team and drive business results in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Ensure that all store processes and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and current trends
