In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers innovative solutions to address homelessness. As a Homelessness Intervention Worker, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing support plans, and delivering effective interventions to address homelessness. You will also work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support.
A competitive salary of £21,847 - £22,997 per annum, plus benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate. Benefits include:
