Program Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Marketplace verticals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with commercial, strategy, technology, and other teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in the Financial Services, Insurance, Home, Health, or Legal sectors.
  • Familiarity with the digital media landscape and publisher platforms.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
