Office Manager / PA Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / PA to join our team at GHA Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a specialist for intelligent drive technology and systems, supporting their senior team and contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
The Role
As an Office Manager / PA, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the MD and senior team, including arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation
- Carrying out confidential tasks and personal administration for the senior team
- Working closely with the MD and senior team on all areas of the business
- Managing the diaries of the senior team and booking company meetings
- Compiling meeting packs and taking notes to ensure actions are completed
- Assisting with monthly expense forms and centrally diarising leave
- Liaising with other Voith companies and visitors to arrange meetings and events
The Office Manager Responsibilities
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing all office contracts, including mobile phones, landlines, cleaners, and office supplies
- Renewing licences and ordering office equipment and furniture
- Developing and amending office policies and procedures
- Keeping the safe filing up to date and ordered
- Website maintenance and updates
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager / PA with:
- Proven track record in office management and personal assistance
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Able to work on their own initiative
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at different levels
