IT Help Desk Engineer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced IT help desk engineer to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Administer and support Office 365, Windows Server, Windows Pro, and Mac OSX
  • Support Windows 10 and 11, as well as third-party applications such as anti-virus software and common accountancy products
  • Utilize RMM software for remote access and diagnostics
  • Support everyday network products, including firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and network switches
  • Perform upgrades of common computer hardware
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of up to £25k per year, dependent on experience
  • A Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30am – 17:30pm
  • Participation in our company performance-related bonus scheme
  • The option to join our company pension scheme
  • A total of up to 37 days off per year, including a long-term service bonus
  • Occasional opportunities for paid overtime and/or time off in lieu
  • The option to progress into a Field Engineer position, with a company van included
