About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. As a key member of our factory operations, you will be responsible for loading and unloading reels, safely operating FLT trucks, segregating waste, and operating bailing and core cutting machines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of safe operation of FLT trucks, VNA trucks, and hand trucks. They will also possess excellent segregation and disposal skills, as well as the ability to operate bailing and core cutting machines safely.

This is a Temp to Perm position, offering the opportunity to progress into a permanent role with our company. The successful candidate can expect to earn an estimated salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
