About Our Client

Our client offers a range of high-quality, engaging, and inclusive short break clubs across Surrey and West Sussex for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs.

We are now seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our short break services, ensuring a high standard of service delivery for all beneficiaries.

Job Description

As Team Manager, you will oversee the operational management and delivery of short break clubs across various schemes in Surrey and West Sussex. You will line manage a team of dedicated frontline workers and be responsible for assessing behavioural support plans and complex need support to ensure safe and inclusive practices.

You will work closely with local partners to enhance the range, reach, and quality of services for children and young people.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrable experience working with children and young people with a range of disabilities or additional needs;
  • Previous experience managing frontline staff and collaborating with partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes;
  • The ability to develop and implement creative programs of activities that foster fun and informal learning.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Pattern and Travel Requirements

The working pattern for this role is 9am - 5pm, Tuesday - Saturday, and 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday during term time. Occasional travel to schemes may be required.

Please note that a full driving license is essential for this position.
