About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Automated Project Delivery Lead to join our team at PSD Group. As a key member of our automation project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure timely completion, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.

  • You will develop and implement project management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and information sharing.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. PMP or PMI certification is essential.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar field.
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  6. Proficient in project management tools and technologies.
  7. Strong knowledge of business operations and process improvement.
