Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Buzz Bingo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Team Management: Support and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and resources to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Club Operations: Collaborate with the General Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure seamless operation of the club, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Performance Management: Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role, ideally within a leisure, gaming, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Knowledge: Excellent understanding of customer service principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Self-aware, with a strong sense of empathy and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
