This role requires 24-hour accountability for the management and oversight of all patients, promoting excellence as standard.
The successful candidate will have effective line management skills to ensure that all nursing staff are appropriately managed, ensuring that associated financial resources are controlled and utilised effectively.
The salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Skills & Experience:
- NMC registered Nurse.
- Senior clinical experience within inpatient surgical.
- Experience in quality improvement plans, audits, and patient experience.
