Job Summary:
GORGEMEAD LIMITED is seeking a skilled Delivery Courier to join our team. As a Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for delivering prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes. You will provide a high standard of customer service, portray a friendly professional image, and act as an ambassador for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Portray a friendly professional image
- Act as an ambassador for our company
- Work under pressure to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner
- Ensure that prescription items are delivered in line with our regulated procedures
- Plan and print daily routes in branch before setting off
- Assist with PR exercises to increase business
- Use your own vehicle for this role, and ensure that your personal insurance policy allows for business use
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills to plan and print daily routes
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner
- Attention to detail to ensure that prescription items are delivered in line with our regulated procedures
- Ability to provide a high standard of customer service
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
