About the Role

We're seeking a charismatic Breakfast Waiter Waitress to create exceptional experiences for our guests. If you're passionate about delivering great service, interacting with people, and growing with our team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • 1 year + experience in a similar role, preferably in breakfast service
  • Good level of English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Understanding of steps of service and ability to follow procedures
