About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled MarTech Manager to join our team. As a key member of our MarTech team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing technology stack, with a strong emphasis on architectural solutions, data engineering, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable architectural solutions tailored to Hard Rock Games
  • Develop strategies for data flow and integration across various platforms
  • Ensure robust data security and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide strategic data and technological input to refine the marketing architecture, encompassing both Hard Rock Games internal applications and external third-party vendor solutions
Data Engineering

As a Data Engineering Lead, you'll oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, manage data warehousing solutions, and collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize data models and reporting tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Post-Graduate degree or Diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
  • Over 5+ years of proven experience in building architectural solutions and data engineering and strategy, preferably within the gaming industry
  • Strong expertise in API integrations and managing data flow between systems
  • Understanding in various marketing technologies, including CRM systems, CDPs, DMPs, marketing automation platforms, tracking and analytics tools
