Salary and Benefits:

As a Master Technician at Perrys KIA Nelson, you can expect a salary of around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive training opportunities, a company pension scheme, employee discounts, and on-site parking.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of vehicles within the business. This includes all levels of technical work, mainly diagnostics and bigger repairs. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and a strong work ethic. Your duties will include assisting other technicians with difficult repairs and providing occasional training to apprentice technicians.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Master Technician qualification with a main dealership background. Alternatively, you may consider a Senior or Diagnostic Technician from a dealership background. You must demonstrate strong technical knowledge and bring a strong work ethic to the role. A full UK driving license is also required.
