Job Description
GAP Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Services Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the site's mechanical equipment and systems.

Key Performance Indicators
- Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on time and to the required standard.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance records.
- Ensure site compliance with statutory Health and Safety regulations.
- Record and report engineering downtime daily.
- Perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance duties and repairs.
- Assist in improving service delivery.
- Develop and evaluate method statements and risk assessments.
- Evaluate plant and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Source spares and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Site Services Manager.
Person Specification
- Hold a recognized apprenticeship qualification.
- Previous experience as a Site Services Engineer with a proven track record.
- Demonstrate knowledge of maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.
- Competent Steam Boiler Operator (BOAS) certification.
- Experience with various mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of small-scale mechanical installation work.
- Hot and Cold-Water Systems expertise.
- Effluent Treatment knowledge.
- Ability to carry out manual work, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
- Proficiency in PC software.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
