About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Day Support Worker at our Day Centre in Wellingborough. As a key member of our team, you will provide crucial care and support to service users in all aspects of their daily life at the centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to service users, responding directly to their needs and wishes.
  • Support individuals in 1:1s or small groups, helping them access the local community and connect with their communities.
  • Facilitate person-centred planning meetings with service users, their families, carers, and others involved in their lives.
  • Promote, develop, nurture, and support the maintenance of friendships and networks, working in partnership to sustain circles of support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working within the Health and Social Care sector.
  • A clean driving license and willingness to drive a company minibus to help clients access the local community.
