About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Pareto FM. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general cleaning duties, including cleaning washrooms, floors, and other areas as required.
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve a positive team spirit and high standards of work.
  • Take a proactive approach to resolving problems and improving quality standards.
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
