About the Role

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development manager role
  • Desired experience in ophthalmology
  • Commercial sales experience
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to track success and find ways to improve
  • Ability to sell a service

What We Offer

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of office and remote work. You will be based in Southampton one day a week and the rest of the week will be spent visiting clinics and meeting with clients or working from home.
