Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Hove. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project costs.
  • Monitor and control construction budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project costs are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
