Job Title: Principal Mobile Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mobile Engineer to join our Fareham office. As a Principal Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for developing mobile software as part of an enterprise, multi-discipline engineering team. You will take a significant role in hiring new engineers and help create a high-performing team. You will disseminate the direction of project architecture, uphold coding standards, and implement quality improvements. You will work in an Agile team structure, breaking down requirements into manageable goals and deliverable stories. You will interact with various stakeholders, including collaboration with software architects, UI/UX teams, PA/QA, project manager, product owner, and Scrum masters.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree-level engineering qualification alongside significant technical experience. You will have experience with complex iOS and Android development from both native and cross-platform perspectives. You will have experience in regular deployment schedules with both App Store and beta deployment tools. You will have worked with and implemented full CI/CD pipelines, including unit testing. You will have reporting, monitoring, and analytics experience. You will have an interest or knowledge of the marine industry. You will have C++ components experience.
