Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable (HYBRID WORKING) position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing banking activities, monitoring and pursuing cash collections, and completing monthly reconciliation as part of the month-end process on AR, AP, Cash, and intercompany transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Produce timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reports
- Manage banking activities, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Monitor and pursue cash collections, ensuring timely payment from customers
- Monitor credit provided to customers, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Provide timely and accurate sales and debtors reporting
- Experience working in a similar role, with a strong background in accounts receivable
- Excellent Excel skills, including Vlookups and Pivot tables
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
