Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to students in Key Stage 1.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of a safe and organized learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to develop and implement lesson plans.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient learning process.
- Experience working with children in a similar age group.
- Qualifications or training in teaching or a related field.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to use ICT effectively to support learning.
