Legal Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our UK legal team. The successful candidate will report to and work alongside the General Counsel for the UK and Nordics, responsible for traversing each business line ranging from production and supply of industrial gas, healthcare supply direct to patients, offshore and renewable energy.

The ideal candidate will be a true commercial generalist, working on a range of commercial contract negotiations, advising the business on risk and balancing this with achievement of the commercial ambitions of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing commercial advice on a range of topics, including real estate, employee relations, and regulatory matters.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the compliance and ethics programme.
  • Leading by example and playing a key role in implementing training, policies, and guidelines across the business.
  • Reviewing and drafting a wide range of legal documents, including NDAs and complex supply/purchase contracts.
  • Providing high-quality advice on a number of legal issues and keeping up to date with changes in the law and regulations that may impact the business.
