Job Description
This role involves assessing and benchmarking the effectiveness of firms' financial crime regulation, legislation, and industry best practices. The successful candidate will conduct risk assessments to identify top financial crime risks and help firms develop mitigation plans and roadmaps. Additionally, they will support the design and implementation of financial crime target operating models and controls, translating regulatory requirements into business and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing financial crime risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Designing and implementing financial crime target operating models
  • Supporting the development of financial crime thought leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent relationship building and communication skills, experience operating within the financial crime space, and demonstrable knowledge of the current financial crime legal and regulatory landscape. You will also be expected to drive key deliverables across consulting projects effectively and raise visibility of the financial crime capability internally and externally.
