Job Summary:

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of delivering timely and professional maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reactive and planned maintenance services to support manufacturing processes
  • Perform problem-solving and breakdown analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Utilize PLC fault finding skills to diagnose and repair electrical systems
  • Read and understand schematic electrical drawings to identify and repair electrical systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 as a minimum
  • Many years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
  • Time served with a recognized apprenticeship
  • 17th edition regulation certificate as a minimum
  • PLC qualification an advantage
  • Flexible and capable of working independently or as part of a team
