Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach squads on Agile methodologies, promoting self-organisation and continuous improvement.
  • Remove obstacles, optimise work-flow, and ensure Agile principles are applied effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to prioritise and manage work across squads.
  • Promote a growth mindset, ensuring a high level of motivation and performance within the team.
  • Communicate and negotiate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to ensure delivery expectations are managed, User Stories are correctly prioritised, resources are provided, and issues resolved efficiently.
  • Support change delivery by reviewing, monitoring, and reporting progress against IT work-stream plans.
Requirements:
  • Expert in Agile methodologies and experience in coaching teams.
  • Proven experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager role.
  • Confident with Jira and other Agile tools, including various Agile frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams to maturity and facilitating large-scale planning.
Desirable:
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Insurance or Financial services background.
