The Role

We're seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they step into our restaurant. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, drinks, and services to provide informed recommendations and answer guest queries.
