Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Park Team Leader to join our team at Unity Recruitment. As a Car Park Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Operatives to deliver exceptional customer experience in a busy shopping centre in West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Car Park Operative team to deliver excellent customer experience by supporting and role modelling best practice.
  • Ensure the highest level of Health and Safety, car park operations, and team supervision is achieved and maintained.
  • Successfully manage car park operations and traffic management both day-to-day and during exceptional events and high-volume seasonal activities.

Requirements:
  • 1 year's relevant experience in Car Park or similar service environment.
  • Experience in managing or supervising a team.
  • Customer focused, with a clear understanding of the customer journey.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage challenging customer interactions.
