We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Hort's Townhouse. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
