About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and drive innovation in our engineering practices. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation by staying abreast of the latest trends in AI/ML and actively sharing knowledge and insights to contribute to the collective growth and technical proficiency of the team.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and optimize AI/ML solutions.
  • Implement robust project management frameworks to oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept to deployment and evaluation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex AI concepts into understandable and actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in a complex technical environment and/or comparable experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience with a statistical programming language (Python or R) and experience with libraries specifically for Machine Learning or Data Analytics as well as knowledge on Hadoop/MapReduce.
  • Skilled in working with Big Data platforms and Big Data lakes.
  • Proven expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to solve complex problems, with a portfolio of projects that have delivered tangible business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience building and delivering large scale enterprise systems/products.
