Our client, a leading engineering and business consultancy services firm, is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to join their internal communication team for a 6-month contract on a hybrid basis.

As Internal Communications Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the lead team to develop an internal communication strategy to engage a team of 1700 professionals working across multiple locations.
  • Embedding a culture of curiosity, care, courage, and community within the organization.
  • Supporting the organization on in-person events, including awards ceremonies.
  • Managing monthly business briefs, including agenda items, presenter preparation, and presentation materials.
  • Driving traffic to the company's internal communication platforms.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience in developing and executing internal communications plans within a global business.
  • You will have the ability to quickly review internal communications and suggest the best vehicle for deployment based on importance, relevance, and applicability.
  • You will have a proven ability to increase engagement with a selected communication channel.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including scheduling and managing large sessions.
  • Experience in organizing in-person events would be an asset.

The role holder can be based out of multiple locations, including Bristol, Epsom, Sheffield, Derby, Warrington, Manchester, or Whitehaven.
