Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a cross-functional team to deliver high levels of customer service, stock management, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a cross-functional team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage stockroom and shopfloor operations to ensure efficient stock management and cash handling.
  • Workforce planning and resource allocation to support sales floor and stockroom operations.
  • Drive pace, flexibility, and accuracy within the team to process deliveries and minimize stock loss/damage.
  • Support and implement best practice and principles to ensure store teams operate back of house routines and tasks to guidelines.
  • Ensure team provides accurate and comprehensive cash handling service, including issue of till floats and reconciliation of cash and vouchers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant departmental policies, including Health & Safety and legislative requirements.
  • Regular communication with Store Manager and Service Managers on stock levels.
  • Work effectively with 3rd party contractors to ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing and stock-handling environment.
  • Proven track record of working at pace to deliver results against targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and challenge.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract initially for a 6-month period, with the possibility of extension.
