Business Development Representative

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Fresh Recruit Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales, commercial or customer service roles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate leads and sales across different channels
- Make outbound calls and develop a sales pipeline to meet long-term objectives and targets
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline to meeting stage
- Maintain accurate records on our CRM system
**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience within a sales, commercial or customer service role
**Benefits:**
- Holiday: 23 days per annum plus bank holidays rising to 25 days after 2 years of service
