Key Responsibilities:- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Lead and manage Discovery & Roadmap stages, including requirements analysis, process mapping, and solution design
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
- Ensure clear communication with business stakeholders, providing regular status reports on project deliverables
- Work closely with solution architects to develop appropriate solutions that align with the business case
- Manage business readiness during project delivery, ensuring functional requirements are translated into actionable user stories
- Produce formal project documentation, including feasibility studies, statements of work, and business readiness plans
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in small to medium change projects within a fast-paced environment
- Practical experience in re-engineering business processes and implementing change with measurable organisational impact
- Experience in mapping business processes and developing business cases
- BCS Business Analysis Practitioner certification
- Experience with PRINCE2, SCRUM, AGILE, or Kanban methodologies
- Background in IT development, including full project lifecycle experience
