Job Summary:

This is a support role for a lady living in the Thurlaston area who requires assistance with daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for encouraging and assisting with personal care, ensuring the client is wearing clean clothes, meals and drinks, shopping, general domestic duties, and accessing the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Ensure the client is wearing clean clothes and is well-presented
  • Prepare and serve meals and drinks
  • Assist with shopping and general domestic duties
  • Accompany the client on outings and activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

  • Previous care experience is desired but not essential
  • Must have a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
  • Reliable, patient, and respectful of others' privacy, dignity, values, and beliefs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Arrangements:

This is a permanent role, working 8 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 1pm. The ideal candidate will be self-employed or directly employed by the individual they will be supporting.
